Your Health in Greenville seeks a Registered Nurse to join our growing primary care team as a Visiting Nurse (Nurse Case Manager). The RN will visit patients in homes and facilities throughout the Greenville area, coordinate with providers, and initiate telemedicine visits as needed.
This full-time role requires reliable transportation, daily travel, and 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday (8am–5pm). A current RN license in good standing is required; RN preferred for community-based care.
