** Position Summary
** As a
** Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)**, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, helping ensure their comfort, dignity, and safety while working as part of a collaborative care team.###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist residents with
** activities of daily living (ADLs)
** including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
* Monitor and report changes in resident condition
* Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
* Follow individualized care plans
* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care### ###
** Qualifications
* ** Must be
** at least 18 years old
*** Active, unencumbered
** CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
*** Experience with
** Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
*** Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Compassion for an underserved population### ### ###
