** Position Summary
** As a
** Nurse Aide in Training**, you will gain the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You will work under the supervision of licensed staff while completing your training.###
** What You’ll Learn & Do
*** Participate in a
** state-approved CNA training program
*** Assist residents with
** basic care needs** (grooming, hygiene, dressing)
* Support meal service and hydration
* Learn to monitor and report
** changes in resident condition
*** Practice
** infection control and safety procedures
*** Assist with mobility and resident comfort
* Maintain a clean and safe environment
* Attend all classes and complete required coursework###
** Qualifications
* ** Must be
** at least 18 years old
*** High school diploma or GED preferred
* Eligible for a
** state-approved CNA program
*** Interest in pursuing a career in
** healthcare or nursing
*** Strong communication and teamwork skills
