** Position Summary
** As a
** Registered Nurse (RN)**, you will oversee day-to-day nursing operations during your shift, ensuring the
** highest quality of care
** is delivered to residents. You will lead the care team, coordinate clinical activities, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.### ###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Supervise
** daily nursing operations
** for your assigned shift
* Provide and oversee
** direct patient care
*** Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership
* Support and supervise
** LPNs and CNAs
*** Maintain accurate and compliant
** clinical documentation
*** Ensure adherence to
** state, federal, and facility regulations
*** Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care###
** Qualifications
* ** Graduate of an accredited
** Registered Nursing (RN) program
*** Active, unencumbered
** RN license in South Carolina (required)**
* ** Current CPR certification required**
* ** 2+ years of nursing experience preferred**, ideally in long-term care or rehab
* Knowledge of
** rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
*** Experience with
** Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
*** Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
* Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills### ###
