Axcess Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team as a Supervisory Nurse serving the Greenville area. If you enjoy building relationships with families, supporting caregivers, and providing quality home care, we'd love to meet you.
ResponsibilitiesComplete initial nursing assessments and routine supervisory visits.
Develop and update individualized plans of care.
Conduct new employee orientation, skills training, and required education.
Supervise and support caregivers and nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment.
Educate clients, families, and employees on care needs and best practices.
Communicate with case managers and the interdisciplinary team.
Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with Medicaid and company standards.
Monitor the quality of services being provided and work closely with employees and families to ensure Axcess continues delivering exceptional care and customer service.
Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
One year of pediatric nursing experience required.
Current CPR certification.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while managing a caseload.
Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
