The Gables is seeking a Med Tech to support residents in our assisted living and memory care community. In this role, you'll safely administer medications, document care, and observe resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff. You'll assist with daily living activities, provide respectful, hands-on support, and help maintain a safe, homelike environment. Working closely with caregivers, nurses, residents, and families, you'll promote dignity, comfort, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and community policies
• Document medication administration and resident responses accurately
• Observe, report, and record changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain medication carts, supplies, and a clean, safe work area
• Follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members
• Support residents' independence, dignity, and engagement in activities
