Critical Care Nurse – Clinical Specialist, Patient Monitoring

• Provide clinical customer support as the clinical application knowledge expert
• Facilitate solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) products
• Serve as a clinical resource to Philips HPM customers
• Work closely with field service, sales, and project management organizations during implementation
• Understand customer goals and develop plans for clinical solutions support
• Manage clinical aspects of implementation, including assessing workflows and creating education plans
• Support first customer use and encourage ongoing adoption of change
• Troubleshoot and solve problems related to technical implementations

• 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment
• Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience is highly preferred
• Experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Experience in Critical Care Unit (CCU)
• Experience in Emergency Room (ER)
• Experience in Operating Room (OR)
• Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Knowledge of Philips Intelli Vue monitoring equipment and applications preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing (Registered Nurse)
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrates expertise in clinical application support, particularly with Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring products, while effectively managing implementation processes and fostering customer adoption. Strong background in nursing with a focus on critical care environments enhances the ability to deliver tailored education and solutions.
