Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Greenville
Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week | Onsite | Greenville, South Carolina | $60-$65/hour
Join a long-established, progressive, multi-specialty functional medicine practice in Greenville, South Carolina! Integrated Connections is recruiting on behalf of this client, which is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team and support continued growth and access to innovative, patient-centered care.
What the Position Offers- Collaboration with experienced leaders in functional and longevity medicine
- Low patient volume - providers see only 10-12 patients per day
- 4-day work week
- Active South Carolina license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain one
- Training and/or experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for both men and women
- Experience managing complex chronic conditions through a Functional Medicine approach
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for team-based care
