We’re Looking for an Infection Control RN:

As the Infection Control RN, you will serve on the Skilled Nursing team and be responsible for delivering person centered care based on the needs and interests of residents and members while preserving their dignity and quality of life.

Responsible for delivering person centered care based on the needs and interests of residents and members while preserving their dignity and quality of life.

• Performs professional and restorative nursing services, including resident assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments.
• Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring quality care.
• Interacts with the resident’s physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per the Resident Care Plan: bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
• Participates in and attends all required in-service training and education sessions as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
