Must have an active RN license.
AHA BLS certification is required.
Call requirement is at least two days each week and 1-2 weekends every six-week schedule based on need.
Daily census averages three hearts per day.
Position involves floating to other units and campuses if requested.
Staff will only float to qualified units where competencies have been documented.
Pre-assignment testing and modules are required, with compliance necessary annually.
Travel experience is required along with specific skills in various procedures.
Health care providers must manage a variety of patient diagnoses and special procedures.
Facility supports interdisciplinary care and requires staff to maintain continued competency.
Modules must be completed within a specified timeframe and will not be included in non-billable hours.
