A growing specialty chemical manufacturer is seeking a QC Quality Analyst with strong analytical instrumentation experience to support quality control operations in a production environment. This role is responsible for performing chromatographic testing on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. The analyst will conduct headspace and direct-injection GC testing, perform HPLC impurity analysis, and support NIR database maintenance and material trending.
KeyRequirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline (preferred)
- 3–5 years of analytical laboratory experience
- Hands‑on experience with GC (headspace and direct injection), HPLC, and NIR instrumentation
- Experience performing impurity and purity analysis
- Strong data trending and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work on‑site full time
