Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Shift: 7:45 PM - 8:00 AM | 2 - 2 - 3 Schedule

As a Quality Assurance Technician in Greer, your job is to protect the process. You'll check, measure, and approve the work that keeps production moving forward.

- Basics: High school diploma or GE.
- Hands-On Experience: 2 years of batching/quality assurance technician, and Microsoft experience.

- Perform in-process, first-piece, visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize and maintain proficiency with quality inspection and metrology equipment , including measuring instruments and OGP systems, to verify dimensional accuracy.
- Document inspection results, batch records, and sampling data to maintain compliance with customer requirements, ISO-based Quality Management Systems (QMS), and internal quality standards .
- Apply statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor production trends, identify non-conformances, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Determine material status and authorize product release based on inspection results and quality verification processes.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Process Engineering teams to inspect new molds, troubleshoot defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) .
- Assist in training Quality and Production personnel on blueprint reading, defect identification, inspection procedures, and proper use of precision measuring tools .
- Support daily Quality Lab operations, ensuring documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate quality findings internally and externally, including direct interaction with customers when required, while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
- Promote workplace safety, adhere to company policies, and maintain a clean, organized work environment to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing operations.
