Sous Chef

LCS Senior Living - 1 Hoke Smith Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Assists in the planning, scheduling and supervising of kitchen personnel.;
Assists in the development of all menus and assures implementation and production of these menus, consistent w/ Kitchen Managers expectations.;
Assures staff education is provided to kitchen employees in accordance with the staff education program provides on-the-job training for food preparation and kitchen employees.;
Develops work assignments for all kitchen personnel, assigning special jobs and spot checking work to insure standards are met.;
Monitors all line checks, temperature logs and systems pertaining to the kitchen operation.
