Fuddruckers is looking for a skilled and passionate baker to join our team! As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, buns, and pastries to be served in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, buns, and pastries
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
• Ensure that all baked goods are prepared and baked to perfection
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience in baking and pastry production
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
