Role DescriptionNavigo Marketing is seeking an experienced Amazon-focused Account / Brand Manager to lead client strategy and execution across Amazon and key beauty retail channels.
This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of Amazon and beauty category experience who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is comfortable owning revenue outcomes.
The Account / Brand Manager will serve as the strategic owner of the brand across Amazon and retail channels, while collaborating with our internal advertising team (who manage Google, Meta, and other paid media platforms).
Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Ownership & Strategy
- Own the overall Amazon strategy (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central)
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and retail readiness
- Optimize listings, catalog structure, and conversion performance
- Manage inventory planning in collaboration with clients
- Lead product launches, promotional calendars, and deal strategy
- Monitor competitive landscape and reseller activity when relevant
- Align retail media strategy with our Ads team to maximize performance
Retail & Omnichannel Expansion
- Oversee brand presence on Ulta and other key retail platforms
- Ensure cohesive pricing, positioning, and assortment strategy across channels
- Coordinate cross-channel launches and promotional campaigns
Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and growth plans
- Present business reviews and strategic recommendations
- Proactively identify new revenue opportunities and channel expansion strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with internal Ads Managers (Amazon Ads, Google, Meta, etc.)
- Work with content and operations teams to ensure executional excellence
- Ensure deadlines, KPIs, and client expectations are consistently met
This role requires both high-level strategy and hands-on marketplace execution. The right candidate takes ownership of performance and operates with accountability and urgency.
QualificationsRequired:
- 5+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central)
- Direct experience in the beauty category (required)
- Strong understanding of Amazon retail fundamentals (catalog, conversion, promotions, pricing, inventory flow)
- Experience partnering with Retail Media / Amazon Ads teams
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into growth strategy
- Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Highly proactive and performance-driven mindset
Preferred:
- Experience managing Ulta or Sephora accounts
- Agency experience
- Experience supporting omnichannel retail strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
