We’re seeking Brand Ambassadors who can engage shoppers, generate interest in our premium window and door solutions, and represent Marvin at retail stores, trade shows, and local events. You will generate qualified leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments and set up and maintain professional, eye-catching displays.

• Reliable transportation; you’ll travel to retail locations and events in your area
• Love starting conversations; you’re naturally outgoing and enjoy connecting with new people
• Ability to handle rejection with confidence
• Enjoy helping customers and making a great first impression
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs; setting up displays is part of the job
• Comfortable on your feet; you’ll be standing and moving around during your shift

• 18 years of age or older
• Have a smartphone
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
