Overview

Tris Pharma, Inc. is a leading privately-owned U.S. biopharmaceutical company focusing on development and commercialization of innovative medicines addressing unmet patient needs. We have over 150 US and International patents and several marketed branded and generic products in the U.S. Our pipeline spans neuroscience and other therapeutic categories. We are expanding our sales force for an ADHD portfolio and seeking experienced sales representatives to grow with us.

Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop and maintain successful business partnerships with targeted health care providers (HCPs) and staff within the assigned geographic territory; increase awareness through appropriate scientific information and educational programs; collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute an integrated action plan to achieve territory and sales goals; implement sales and marketing goals to meet product objectives.
  • Create consultative, solution-oriented partnerships with clients by meeting regularly with appropriately targeted HCPs and staff to discuss company products and how they can meet identified needs.
Qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Rep:
    Bachelor degree and minimum 1 year sales experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, B2B, capital equipment, medical device and/or related industry (REQUIRED).
  • SR/Healthcare Sales Rep:
    Bachelor degree and minimum 2 years sales experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology with documented sales success (REQUIRED).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and independently growing and managing a territory (REQUIRED).
  • Ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and develop strategic, actionable business plans (REQUIRED).
  • Experience conducting successful consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls (REQUIRED).
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience (REQUIRED).
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain complex medical and scientific information (REQUIRED).
  • Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record (REQUIRED).
  • Ability to influence without direct authority (REQUIRED).
Compensation & Benefits

Anticipated salary range: $100-120K/yr. Base salary offered is contingent on assessment of education and experience level relative to requirements and industry standards. In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible for incentives, medical, dental, vision, Rx insurance, 401K with match, life insurance, paid company holidays, PTO, Paid Volunteer Time, and Employee Resource Groups.
