What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to build your customer base
- Negotiate and close freight deals
- Manage shipments from pickup to delivery
- Deliver excellent service and build long-term relationships
What You Need:
- College degree preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Confident communicator and negotiator
- Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
