• Open new accounts and build relationships across on‑and off‑premise channels.
• Conduct tastings, staff trainings, and menu placements for assigned products.
• Hit monthly sales and margin goals with the support of leadership and operations.
• Work independently while staying accountable to team performance standards.

• Background in hospitality, wine/spirits sales, or beverage service.
• Entrepreneurial and organized with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about sales, brand‑building, and relationship development.
• Committed to ongoing learning, personal growth, and working within a values‑driven culture.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license required.

• Commission‑based structure with clear monthly sales goals.
• Draw provided during your first 90 days to support onboarding.
