Be one of the first points of contact for incoming sales calls, responding quickly and professionally to all internal partners and external customers.;
Deliver clear and concise communication representative of Crescent Hospitality via all avenues of communication.;
Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, proactive planning, and organizational skills with a keen focus on detail.;
Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities, including managing room blocks, entering rooming lists, client notifications, group resumes, and billing details.;
Learn and use sales systems and conceptual sales processes, understanding the hotel's sales strategies.
