    : $80,000–$150,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
  • Strategically prospect, pitch, and close new business across your multi-state territory
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, designers, luxury home builders, contractors, and distributors
  • Educate and influence through web-based presentations and in-person demos
  • Partner with internal design and inside sales teams to drive appointments and follow-through
  • Maintain a disciplined, high-output sales cadence using CRM tools and performance metrics
  • Sell the value, not the price—this is a premium product for discerning buyers
What You Bring to the Table
  • Proven success in B2B/B2C sales—ideally in building materials, construction, or another premium product industry
  • A true hunter mentality—you wake up excited to prospect, pursue, and close
  • Comfort in competitive, price-sensitive markets where product education wins the day
  • High-level communication skills—equally confident on a jobsite or in a boardroom
  • Strong technical presentation skills using digital tools and web-based platforms
  • CRM fluency and a love of organization, pipeline management, and follow-up
  • Ability to manage a large, remote territory with self-driven structure and accountability
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time (yes, Hawaii is in the territory… aloha bonus?)

  • A confident negotiator and strategist with high emotional intelligence
  • Experienced selling to HNWIs and luxury clientele
  • Skilled at uncovering opportunities and cultivating repeat business over time
  • Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex decision-making chains

  • Target market is 80% high-end residential, 20% commercial
  • Clients range from luxury contractors and architects to ultra-high-net-worth individuals
