We are a growing HVAC wholesale distributor seeking an experienced Territory Manager with an established book of business to expand market share and drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. This role requires strong relationships with HVAC contractors, mechanical contractors, builders, and service companies.

We are expanding and looking for a high-level Territory Manager who can immediately bring relationships, influence purchasing decisions, and drive significant revenue growth inside a competitive HVAC wholesale platform.

This is not an entry-level territory role.

This is for producers who expect to be paid like producers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory
  • Leverage existing contractor relationships to generate new sales
  • Develop new accounts while strengthening current customer base
  • Sell HVAC equipment, parts, supplies, and accessories
  • Coordinate with inside sales and warehouse teams to ensure excellent service
  • Quote equipment packages and assist with job takeoffs
  • Conduct regular jobsite and contractor visits
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HVAC industry experience (distribution or contractor sales preferred)
  • Existing book of HVAC contractor relationships within the territory
  • Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
  • Proven track record of territory growth and revenue production
  • Self‑motivated with strong closing skills
  • Valid driver’s license, ability to pass background and drug screen
Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling equipment lines such as Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, or similar major brands
  • Familiarity with ductless systems, heat pumps, RTUs, and IAQ products
  • Experience working with CRM systems
