Security Officer - Patrol Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior common areas, service corridors, loading and receiving areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd management, conflict de-escalation, and coordinating with on-site management and/or public responders as needed.;
Monitor access points and key areas, verifying authorized entry, observing for suspicious behavior, and reporting policy violations according to site instructions.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site representatives.
