Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and urgent situations to appropriate personnel using dispatch and communication systems;
Monitor radios, phones, cameras, access control systems, and other security-related equipment; document incidents, requests, and dispatch activity accurately;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communication with healthcare staff, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter as needed; working environments and conditions may vary by location
