Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Assist with access control activities, visitor direction, and monitoring of restricted areas in accordance with healthcare facility policies.;
Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
