Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established reporting protocols.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or concerns.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access control procedures, and customer service needs in a healthcare setting.;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
