Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying credentials, processing visitors, contractors, and deliveries, and maintaining required access records.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding access requests, incidents, and site procedures.
