Maintenance Technician

Salary Non-Exempt Prerequisite

• Up-to-date certifications in refrigeration and HVAC
• Travel to North Greenville, Hendersonville, and cities around the Asheville area is required, and a vehicle will be provided

• Repair malfunctioning equipment units and broken structures
• Install machinery systems
• Quality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working order
• Perform minor building, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as necessary
• Implement preventative maintenance measures.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Complete inspections of restaurants with RVP’s and AD’s when necessary.
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
• Follow up and complete the store maintenance list.
• Send in completed work tickets and time sheets for the previous week on Monday.
• Keep company vehicles clean and maintained.
• Communicate any maintenance items that need to be replaced if they can’t be fixed or cost too much due to age or condition of equipment.
• Communicate to the store manager, ADs, and RDOs on the status of repairs

• Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs +
• Frequent:
  Climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, kneeling. The position will be responsible for up to 20 locations.
