We are looking for a dependable, experienced Plumber to perform a wide range of plumbing service work for commercial buildings, office spaces, retail environments, multi-family units, and residential homes. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and delivering top-tier service to a variety of customers.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, replace, and install plumbing systems for commercial and residential applications
- Troubleshoot water, sewer, and gas piping systems
- Ability to excavate and lay new piping at proper slope and backfill
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on existing plumbing systems
- Install and service water heaters, fixtures, pumps, backflow devices, and piping
- Work with piping materials including PVC, copper, PEX, cast iron, and galvanized steel
- Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations
- Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining clear communication with customers and office staff
- Ensure all work is performed to code and in compliance with safety standards
- Assist in all areas of residential and commercial contract plumbing installations
- 3 - 5 years of plumbing experience (commercial and/or residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ability to solder/braze copper on larger piping applications a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
