Senior Back‑End Developer – Full Time In‑Studio

As YCP’s next Senior Back‑End Developer you will join our Software Development Team to build high‑quality internal and client applications. The role is full‑time and in‑office, open to U.S. candidates with 5+ years of experience.

• Short‑term:
  Become familiar with our codebase, tech stack, development and deployment process, project management process, and weekly workflow. Get to know our clients and how they use our products.
• Long‑term:
  Develop next‑generation versions of CMS, LMS, HR tools, and other YCP resellable services; improve current SAAS releases; support customers via chat, phone, and email; provide QA and code coverage checks; collaborate with the front‑end team on custom components; integrate third‑party systems and APIs; assist at the server level for upgrades, installs, and maintenance.

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in C#.NET.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and web development frameworks.
• Proven experience with software design and OOD methodologies.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with ORM frameworks.
• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with Web services development (SOAP, REST).
• Strong in OOP, MVC, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
