We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Group Exercise Program Manager who’s ready to lead from the front, bring people together, and inspire our members through movement and motivation.

• Be the heartbeat of our group exercise program – from yoga to aqua to indoor cycling
• Lead and support a stellar team of instructors (hire, train, motivate, repeat!)
• Build and maintain fun, diverse, and balanced class schedules that members love
• Plan and promote exciting programs, challenges, and events
• Keep a pulse on trends in group fitness and bring the energy to every season
• Step in to support members and instructors when unexpected changes hit
• Track attendance and use data to fuel smarter decisions
• Make sure studios are clean, safe, and fully stocked with everything we need to move
• Be a budget boss – manage costs and vendor relationships wisely
• Collaborate across departments to make the whole club shine

• Current AFAA or ACE Group Fitness Certification or fitness related degree + 1 (or more) specialty certs (Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Barre, Zumba, etc.)
• This position is Part Time consisting of 15 hours per week for Admin plus you will teach 5 classes per week
• A passion for group fitness and a natural ability to lead and energize a team
• Stellar communication skills and a great sense of humor
• Experience supervising teams and scheduling staff
• Comfortable with budgeting and reporting (spreadsheets don’t scare you)
• You walk the talk — strong physical ability to teach, demo, and jump into class if needed
• Schedule flexibility to support peak times, which may include some mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Organized, prepared, and ready to make things happen
