Become a part of our international Operations team at one of our locations in Greenville, South Carolina. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime (40h/week) as Logistics Coordinator.

• Compliance with all TSA, DOT and Customs regulations (US and Foreign)
• Preparation and execution of freight negotiations with agents, dispatchers, deugrooverseas offices, etc.
• Coordination of transport processes with warehouses, forwarders and suppliers
• Organisation of inland, airfreight and ocean freight shipments
• International communication
• Carrying out continuous training and familiarisation of new colleagues or team members
• Checking and approving incoming invoices, creation of billing invoices
• Preparation of outgoing invoices and shipping documents of all kinds
• Tracking and tracing of freight to destination
• Checking of shipping orders
• Informs customer of unit prices,shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
• Ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of all projects and related matters incl. filing and archiving of all important documents

• Minimum3-5 years of Freight Forwarding experience required
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED), some higher education preferred; and three to five years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Passing the IATA Dangerous Goods by Air
• Understanding of TACT and IATA rules and regulations
• Experience in working in different time zones and different cultures
• Computer skills – MS Windows 7, MS Office
• Positive attitude and problem solving ability in a fast paced working environment
• Multitasking Skills – Able to handle various assignments in daily coordination with overseas offices
• Creative thinking and open to new ideas
• Focus– Pay attention to the customer’s needs and commit to exceeding them
