Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works well in a team environment, and maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.

• Maintain warehouse floor condition, including sweeping, scrubbing, cleaning, and removing debris.
• Keep forklift and personal area clean.
• Prepare for the arrival of inbound products by staging and organizing receiving areas.
• Coordinate incoming product space to ensure efficient flow and storage.
• Count pallets and update internal tracking boards.
• Rearrange warehouse racks and assign spaces for vendors as needed.
• Assist leaders with projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain a positive attitude, show initiative, be punctual, and set a positive example for coworkers.
• Provide support for office or customer service tasks when cross-trained.

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50lbs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to record product data and item counts
• Capacity to operate a forklift

• Previous warehouse experience
• Familiarity with pallet counting and warehouse rack systems
• Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• References are a plus
