Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, and material management. The ideal candidate will manage daily stock flow, run the SAP warehouse system, and ensure high levels of inventory accuracy and workplace safety.

Job Responsibilities
Inventory Control & SAP Management

• Receive and store raw materials and finished goods.
• Organize incoming and outgoing stock efficiently.
• Verify physical counts against SAP system records.
• Identify discrepancies in inventory and make system corrections.
• Operate SAP database to maintain highly accurate stock records.
  Stock Identification & Organization
• Label and tag incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Manage cargo spaces and optimize stock allocation.
• Track shelf-life rotation for time-sensitive materials.
• Confirm order quantities before shipment or storage.
  Production Support & Auditing
• Requisition materials to meet daily production demands.
• Stage items for the production floor.
• Perform cycle counts and regular inventory audits.
• Inspect goods for damage or shortages and report to management.
  Facility Maintenance & Safety
• Check shipments for accuracy during inbound and outbound processing.
• Handle product returns and organize accompanying paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness in all storage areas, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce compliance with company safety guidelines.
  Team Support
• Provide guidance to staff across multiple warehouse zones.
• Offer operational support to team members in different storage rooms.
• Assist supervisors with assigned logistical tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control roles.
• SAP proficiency or experience with enterprise warehouse databases.
• Basic computer literacy for accurate data logging.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
