Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Grenville, TX. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial transactions and ensuring timely collection of payments. Responsibilities Process and post incoming payments accurately and efficiently.

Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all records are current.

Generate and send out invoices and statements to clients.

Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with clients regarding payment status.

Assist with month-end closing processes and reconciliation of accounts.

Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.

Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
