We are seeking an Accounting Manager for this corporate manufacturing company. Successful candidates will have proven Financial Reporting experience within a manufacturing environment. This position is open due to growth.
Job Responsibilities For This Accounting Manager Position:- Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
- Present financial results and insights to senior leadership as needed and lead the monthly budget versus actual financial reviews with key operational leaders.
- Ensure reporting aligns with strategic objectives and operational performance metrics.
- Support and coordinate the month‑end close process in partnership with the accounting team.
- Review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and GAAP compliance.
- Analyze variances between actual results, budget, and forecast.
- Ensure proper documentation and internal controls are maintained.
- Develop custom financial models and ad hoc reports for leadership requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field (required).
- CPA License, preferred but not required.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Experience supporting annual audits and consolidated reporting preferred.
