Support a Growing HR Department in Greenville, TX
Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Risk Management Clerk to join our team in Greenville! In this administrative support role, you will help ensure smooth daily operations within the HR department by maintaining records, assisting with employee inquiries, and supporting various HR functions.
Your Impact as a Risk Management ClerkIn this role, you will:
- Answer and Direct Calls
:
Respond to incoming HR-related phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member. - Maintain Employee Records
:
Coordinate, organize, and update personnel files in accordance with company policy and compliance standards. - Fulfill Supply Requests
:
Manage and process facility supply requests to support operational needs. - Support Special Projects
:
Assist HR team members with ongoing projects as assigned. - Data Entry
:
Enter and update information in the company’s payroll/HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality. - Provide HR Assistance
:
Help employees with general HR questions regarding company policies and procedures.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Has the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills.
- Possesses basic analytical skills and is detail-oriented.
- Can lift up to 40 lbs, as needed for supply handling.
- Experience using Excel.
