Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across Charlotte, NC and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions sales, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple locations within the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including direct clients, managed services, and enterprise accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize account retention and growth.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to align sales efforts with candidate pipelines and client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of sales experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
