This is a full-time Business Development Specialist position. The specialist will be responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting market research, and developing strategies to identify new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to facilitate sales growth and maximize client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and assess industry trends
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Analytical Thinking to interpret data, develop strategic plans, and make informed business decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven track record in business development or sales is a plus
