Role Description

On‑site role in Greenville, SC, calls for an Event Producer passionate about creating exceptional experiences. Responsibilities include planning, managing, and executing events from start to finish, including coordinating logistics, collaborating with vendors, managing budgets, and adhering to timelines. Additionally, you’ll maintain open communication with clients, ensuring their visions are brought to life seamlessly while troubleshooting issues as they arise during both planning and implementation stages.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management, with experience in organizing and delivering high‑quality events.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management, ensuring timely and cost‑effective execution of events.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Relevant experience in event production, with knowledge of on‑site setup and logistics management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
