Role Description
The ideal candidate must live in the state of Texas. This is a full-time remote role to include Customer Service along with B2B, and government agency outreach and support. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience, as well as contributing to the overall operational efficiency.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve efficiently
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and platforms
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Enthusiasm for the outdoors and military gear is a plus
