AlphaBEST Education seeks an Site Director for Caddo Mills ISD. This part-time role runs 2:30 pm–6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, starting pay at $20.50 per hour.
You will lead an after-school program, manage schedules, staffing, and licensing compliance, and collaborate with families and school staff to deliver a safe, engaging experience for students. You will oversee curriculum implementation, maintain documentation, monitor attendance, and ensure safety procedures.
