EPlan Design Engineer

Fivos is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join a leader in advanced automation solutions for global manufacturers. This role focuses on designing and optimizing advanced electrical systems and automation solutions for a variety of custom industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working from concept through to production, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems, control panels, and automation solutions for industrial applications.
• Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using CAD & EPLAN software.
• Define and implement control system architectures, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics integration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate fabrication, assembly, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and optimize designs for performance, safety, and compliance with relevant codes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, and similar design tools.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, and applicable electrical codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-based environment.
