Estimator, Engineering, Building & Residential Construction

Location: Upstate South Carolina

Reports to: Operations Manager

We are a licensed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing contractor with a strong reputation in industrial and commercial construction. With $25M+ in annual revenue and 50+ employees, we deliver projects ranging from service and maintenance to large-scale installations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to join our team and drive competitive, accurate bids that help us continue to grow.

• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings to calculate costs.
• Estimate materials, labor hours, and equipment for mechanical projects.
• Prepare detailed, competitive estimates and proposals for Project Managers.
• Review, price, and submit revisions and change orders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers during proposal and preconstruction phases.
• Stay current with market pricing, labor productivity, and industry best practices.

• 7+ years of industrial, construction, or MEP estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in reviewing blueprints, specs, and technical documentation.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with project teams.
