Compensation: $125.00 /hr (1st shift)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 5 days / 40 hours per week

• Analyze aircraft structural repairs and perform stress analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures, equipment racks, and interior items using classical methods and finite element techniques.
• Provide design support and detail stress analysis for modification of primary aircraft structures and interior items. Assist liaison engineering teams.
• Conduct stress support for new designs and liaise with engineering during design reviews.
• Prepare comprehensive stress analysis reports and documentation.
• Utilize MSC/NASTRAN and PATRAN for finite element analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in aircraft structural analysis.
• Experience in modification of transport category and general aviation aircraft is beneficial.
• Knowledge of fatigue and damage tolerance analysis.
• Familiarity with commercial and military aircraft certification requirements.

Requires the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
