Senior Aircraft Structural Analyst - FEA & Fatigue

Compensation & Schedule

$125.00/hr – 1st shift. Monday‑Friday, 8 am–5 pm. 5 / 40 hours a week.

• Stress and loads analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structure, equipment racks, and interior items using classical analysis methods and finite element techniques.
• Provide design support, detail stress analysis, and stress support to Liaison for modification of primary aircraft structure and interior items.
• Stress Analysis of Primary and Secondary Aircraft Structure.
• Stress Support for New Design.
• Stress Support to Liaison Engineering.
• Preparation of Stress Analysis Reports.
• Classical Stress Analysis.

Finite Element Analysis Using MSC/NASTRAN and PATRAN.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 18+ years of experience in aircraft structural analysis.
• 18+ years of experience in the modification of transport‑category and general aviation aircraft is beneficial.

• Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Analysis.
• Knowledge of Commercial and Military Aircraft Certification Requirements.

• Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.
• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
