Position: Senior Structural Analyst with Security Clearance
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Structural Analyst for a contract opportunity in Greenville, TX. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
* Must have an active Secret Clearance

* Minimum of 18 years of aircraft structural analysis.
• Experience in the area of modification of transport category and general aviation aircraft is beneficial.

* Classical Stress Analysis

* Finite Element Analysis Using MSC/NASTRAN and
• PATRAN

* Analysis of Aircraft Structural Repairs
* Preparation of Stress Reports for Aircraft Certification
Microsoft Word and Excel POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
* Stress and loads analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structure, equipment racks, and interior items using classical analysis methods and finite element techniques.

* Provide design support, detail stress analysis, and stress support to Liaison for modification of primary aircraft structure and interior items.
* Stress Analysis of Primary and Secondary Aircraft Structure

* Stress Support for New Design

* Stress Support to Liaison Engineering
Preparation of Stress Analysis Reports PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
* Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Analysis

* Knowledge of Commercial and Military Aircraft Certification Requirements REQUIRED EDUCATION
* Accredited B.S. in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field of study. WORK HOURS
* Full-Time

* 9/80 work schedule

* 8AM-5PM CST ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
