Electronics Manufacturing Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Electronics Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our team in Greenville, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting test solutions for electronic manufacturing processes. You will work closely with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure robust testing, high product quality, and continuous process improvement.

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, procedures, and test programs for electronic assemblies throughout the production lifecycle.
• Design, build, qualify, and maintain test fixtures and associated hardware for PCBA and electronic systems.
• Support electronic manufacturing operations by troubleshooting test equipment, debugging failures, and minimizing downtime.
• Perform failure analysis, root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to integrate test solutions into the production environment.
• Review PCB designs and provide Design-for-Test (DFT) recommendations to improve test access, coverage, and fixture compatibility.
• Analyze test data and manufacturing metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain, calibrate, and continuously improve existing test systems and fixtures.
• Stay current with emerging test technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing performance.

• Education:
  
  Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of experience in electronic product development and high-volume manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience developing and supporting production test solutions for electronic assemblies and circuit boards.
