Overview
Menasha Corporation, a leading packaging and supply chain solutions provider, seeks a Process Engineer to enhance plant operations, maximize workflow, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of process technology to minimize variation and optimize manufacturing, workflow, cell design, and plant layout.
- Analyze equipment layout, cell design, plant layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to identify and remove bottlenecks.
- Assist technical teams with root cause analysis for equipment downtime.
- Apply technical skill and judgment to maintain product quality.
- Provide input to advance equipment and tools.
- Support manufacturing in managing quality and cost.
- Facilitate and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct time studies to optimize production capabilities.
- Support plant capital improvement projects.
- Coordinate the mold‑move process as a technical resource for plants and contract molders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Plastics Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in plastics manufacturing, or entry‑level with an internship and experience using automation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Solid Works.
- Experience in process simulation or lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Maintain a safety‑centric focus and handle stress, including off‑hours work.
- Design, plan, and execute testing strategies to assure product quality.
- Solid foundation in technical, scientific, and mathematical applications.
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods, tools, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accountability for decisions, actions, and results.
- Travel up to 25% of time.
- Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle report required.
