Systems Engineering Specialist
Insight Global is seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist to support the development, integration, and testing of advanced SIGINT/ELINT systems. This role will work closely with customers, software developers, and engineering teams to deliver ISR capabilities across airborne and ground-based platforms Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze customer requirements for new system capabilities.
• Develop and manage system requirements and technical documentation.
• Support system integration, testing, verification, and validation efforts.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Product, and Flight Test teams.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and validate solutions.
• Support internal R&D initiatives focused on ELINT and ISR technologies.
• Develop test plans and execute testing using RF and signal analysis equipment.
• Provide technical updates to customers and program leadership.
